Last year, I embarked on a journey to Uganda, where my mission was to capture the transformative work of a charity teaching beauty skills to young women, offering them a pathway out of poverty. The journey developed even further when I witnessed a young doctor, Hannah, who was part of the charity, take the opportunity to educate those women about their own bodies and menstrual hygiene, breaking taboos and encouraging a culture of health and awareness.
